Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute an agreement between you (“User,” “Customer,” or “You”) and DicksonGrafiks Academy(“we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of SceneCue.

By browsing the website, watching video demonstrations, signing in with Google, downloading free prompts, or purchasing premium prompts, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use SceneCue.

SceneCue is an Africa-born, globally accessible creative resource library containing curated AI animation, 3D stylized, anime, cartoon, and cinematic video prompts.

Each prompt in our library is calibrated for generative video engines (including Seedance 2.0, Seedance 2.5, and expanding models) and includes an authentic video preview demonstration so creators can evaluate scene dynamics, camera motion, and visual style before downloading or purchasing.

To provide account-based ownership without requiring separate passwords or email verification codes, SceneCue utilizes Google OAuth Authentication managed via Supabase.

When you authenticate with Google, SceneCue creates an account associated with your verified Google email address and user ID. You are responsible for safeguarding your Google account credentials. Actions performed under your authenticated session are treated as authorized by you.

As a condition of using SceneCue, you agree that you will:

• Use your own authorized Google account for signing in and purchasing.
• Provide accurate payment details when completing checkout through Paystack.
• Use the platform in compliance with applicable local, national, and international laws.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized activity concerning your account or payment reference.

SceneCue offers both free and premium creative digital assets:

• Free Prompts: Prompts designated as “Free” may be browsed, previewed, copied, and downloaded in structured .txt format immediately without creating an account or providing payment information.
• Premium Prompts: Production-calibrated scenes require you to sign in with Google and complete a one-time purchase or redeem an authorized promotional code.

Premium prompt purchases on SceneCue are processed through Paystack:

• One-Time Payment: Every prompt purchase is a single transaction. SceneCue does not charge recurring subscription fees, automatic renewals, or unannounced membership dues.
• Transparent Pricing: Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). For international cards, your bank or card issuer converts the amount into your local currency at their prevailing exchange rates.
• Payment Methods: Paystack supports eligible debit and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Verve), bank transfers, USSD, and supported digital payment channels.
• Access Confirmation: Upon successful verification by Paystack, your prompt is unlocked, entitlement is associated with your account, and a payment confirmation receipt is generated.

When you purchase a premium prompt, access to that specific prompt is associated with your verified Google account:

• Under normal platform operations, a prompt successfully purchased under your verified account remains accessible without requiring another purchase of that specific prompt.
• Your purchased prompt library is preserved across browser sessions and supported devices when you sign in with the same Google account.
• You can sign in on supported desktop, tablet, or mobile browsers to reopen, copy, or download your purchased prompt files.
• Access is subject to continued platform operation, compliance with these Terms, and lawful account standing.

When you purchase a prompt or download a free prompt or character sheet from SceneCue, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to:

• Input & Adapt: Use, execute, modify, and adapt the prompt text and styling parameters in third-party generative AI video, animation, and image tools.
• Commercial & Creative Productions: Incorporate resulting AI-generated video and visual creations into personal projects, YouTube videos, animations, advertisements, social media productions, commercial client projects, and freelance creative work without paying royalties to SceneCue.
• Character Consistency: Reference downloaded character-sheet PNG images to guide visual styling and character consistency across your animated sequences.

Third-Party Terms & Output Rights Notice: Your rights in the final videos, animations, or images generated using these prompts remain subject to applicable copyright laws, local intellectual property statutes, and the terms of service of the third-party AI generation engines you employ. SceneCue does not claim ownership of your generated creative outputs, nor do we guarantee exclusive copyright protection or registrability for AI-generated results under various international legal frameworks.

SceneCue and DicksonGrafiks Academy retain all intellectual property rights in the SceneCue platform, branding, logos, website software, catalog compilation, and original demonstration preview assets.

Except for the creative license granted in Section 8 above, no license, title, or ownership interest in the platform software or catalog structure is transferred to you.

DicksonGrafiks Academy may occasionally release promotional access codes through our official announcements Channel or educational activities. Promotional codes:

• Allow creators to unlock designated premium prompts without monetary charge.
• Must be redeemed while signed in with a Google account so entitlement is associated with the user.
• Have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash or refunds, and are non-transferable.
• May be subject to expiration dates, specific prompt allocations, or maximum redemption limits as published with the code.

Because SceneCue provides immediate digital access and downloadable creative prompt assets upon payment verification, purchases of successfully delivered digital prompts are generally considered final once delivered.

However, we are committed to transparent customer service and full compliance with mandatory consumer protection principles under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and other applicable consumer protection legislation. Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or waives any statutory rights or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.

We investigate all genuine transaction complaints without arbitrary barriers and provide appropriate remedies (including technical corrections, access restoration, or monetary refunds where applicable) for:

• Duplicate Charges: Multiple charges for the same prompt resulting from network timeouts or payment gateway processing errors will be reviewed and refunded promptly upon verification of the Paystack reference.
• Failed or Incomplete Delivery: If payment is confirmed as successful by Paystack but our system fails to unlock the prompt, generate download files, or display your entitlement, we will manually provision access or issue a full refund if access cannot be restored within a reasonable timeframe.
• Incorrect or Materially Misdescribed Content: In the unlikely event that a delivered digital file is corrupted, substantially incorrect, or materially differs from the verified prompt description, we will correct the file, provide an alternative prompt, or issue a refund upon review.
• Persistent Technical Access Failures: Unresolved server errors preventing access to purchased prompts under your verified account.

Prompts on SceneCue are demonstrated with video previews rendered by the indicated AI models. However, generative AI video engines operate on probabilistic machine-learning models.

Consequently, individual video generations will naturally vary in secondary motion, fine detail, rendering artifacts, and exact timing depending on seed numbers, generation parameters, and model updates made by third-party AI platform operators. SceneCue provides calibrated prompts and demonstration proofs, but does not guarantee identical byte-for-byte visual reproduction on external AI platforms.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated web scrapers, bots, or extraction scripts to harvest prompt text, video previews, or database records.
• Attempting to bypass authentication, reverse-engineer signed tokens, or tamper with download verification endpoints.
• Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks while retaining access to purchased digital assets.
• Injecting malicious software, scripts, or disruptive traffic into SceneCue infrastructure.
• Impersonating another person, creator, or entity.

SceneCue is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we endeavor to maintain consistent platform availability, we do not promise or warrant uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free operation. Platform access may occasionally be suspended or restricted for scheduled maintenance, updates, or technical troubleshooting.

We reserve the right to perform routine system maintenance, introduce new generative AI models, update existing prompt parameters for improved model compatibility, or modify catalog features to enhance creator experience.

To protect the integrity of the platform and our creator community, SceneCue reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate account access where an account is demonstrably engaged in:

• Payment fraud, unauthorized card use, or fraudulent chargebacks.
• Automated scraping, bulk extraction, or denial-of-service attempts.
• Unauthorized commercial redistribution or resale of SceneCue prompt catalogs.
• Severe or repeated violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

Protection of Legitimate Purchases: We avoid automatic forfeiture of purchased entitlements for minor or unintentional infractions. Where an account is restricted, access to legitimately purchased prompts will remain accessible or downloadable wherever reasonably and technically possible, unless the restriction arises directly from payment fraud or illegal conduct concerning those specific items, consistent with applicable consumer protection standards.

Review & Appeal Process: If you believe your account was restricted in error, you may request an administrative review by contacting us via our direct WhatsApp Support channel at +234 814 605 4930. We will review the circumstances in good faith and notify you of the outcome.

Third-Party AI Systems Notice: SceneCue provides creative prompts calibrated and verified with authentic video demonstrations. However, the generation of videos, animations, and images relies on third-party generative artificial intelligence models and external computing platforms that SceneCue does not own, operate, or control. SceneCue cannot guarantee specific output quality, server availability, prompt processing times, or permanent compatibility with third-party AI systems that may alter their underlying neural networks, model weights, or API policies without notice.

Statutory Consumer Rights Preserved: Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude SceneCue's or DicksonGrafiks Academy's liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, or any other liability or statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria or other mandatory consumer protection legislation.

Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SceneCue and DicksonGrafiks Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or creative business opportunities resulting from your access to or use of the service.

Where liability is established and permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your purchase of a digital prompt shall be reasonably limited to the actual amount paid by you for the specific prompt giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service and any claim arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without giving effect to principles of conflicts of law.

In the event of any disagreement, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally through good-faith dialogue with DicksonGrafiks Academy. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect evolving business practices, new model features, or regulatory updates. Revisions become effective upon posting to this page, with an updated “Effective Date.”

Your continued use of SceneCue after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
